GS-23 IP Address Issue

I am having trouble with the GS-23 2015 drive with GS20-CM-ENETIP option card. When I go to switch the IP address of the device I am able to change the 9.76-9.79 and everything looks fine. But when I go to send a command to the drive, it throws an error. If I power the drive down for more that a few minutes, it reverts to its original 192.168.1.10 address and I am able to point to that address and communicate with the device just fine. I have no idea why it does not like the address change. I have also tried this on 3 of the exact same drives with the same results.

Looking at the manual, you also need to enter a "2" into P09.91 to transfer the network settings to the comm card.

Also set P09.75 to "0" (Static IP) which is the default in case it was changed to "1" DHCP

Thank you, I only read past that multiple times. It is weird how 9.91 is worded in the main manual (I thought it was only a status bit). It makes much more sense in the communication card appendix.
