Click output issues

I have a Click C0-02DD1-D output that seems to be not working correctly. The unit is new .

I have 24V running through the coils of two 24V relays before running back to the output terminal (Y001) . The Com 2 is connected to the DC negative terminal blocks. I've tested the relay coils and they are functional. I have tested that the Com has continuity to the negative terminal blocks and I have tested that the wire to the Y001 output terminal has continuity to the coils . And I have checked that I am getting 24V to the coils as I should. It seems that when the output is on, the contacts in the PLC are not closing as the should . I forced close a different output (Y003) and tested for continuity to the Com 2 and there was none.

Is there something else I might check? Did I get a defective unit? The inputs on the unit appear to be working correctly .

Do I need to run 24V to the V+ terminal ???

Please post of a picture or schematic of your wiring. It's unlikely that anything is wrong with the unit. It's most likely that the wiring is incorrect.

It's also important to look at the load you're placing on the outputs as they are only good to 0.1 amp at 24-volts. Too high a load can lead to output failure.
