EA3-S3ML Can't use Ethernet

Using a C-More Micro EA3-S3ML with a BX-DM1E-10ER3-D PLC. When attempting to simulate or transfer program I get error GUI-182, "This Panel Cannot use the Ethernet Protocol Driver". I have the panel manager set to Do-More Ethernet for the ethernet port on the HMI.

 

The sales page for this suggests it should work and the documentation appears to suggest the ethernet port should at least work for ethernet things.
