Hi i have a ea7 interface that started to loose its operating system (no changes have been made) . Every time it is disconnected and powered it shows black screen with warning No system found, please put in program mode... I have to use the reset tool, it then shows safe mode menu. After i must clear memory via cmore software and i can download the program. (if i dont clear memory, it says unknow panel, 0.0.0.0 firmware, i can install new firmware but it crashes when rebooting showing the black screen) Battery shows 3.1 volt so i assumed it is ok. Everything works normally until we lost power for few seconds. Panel is from 2014. is there other thing to check? firmware is version 2.78

FW/SW 2.78 SP1 is available.
2.78SP1 DOES NOT FORCE A FIRMWARE UPGRADE AS ANY REV DOES.
Do you have any cards/memory modules installed?
Is the DC 24V clean, well grounded?
