We are pleased to announce the release of CLICK Programming Software, version 4.00.

This release adds new ladder instruction capabilities for C2-x and C0-1x Series CPUs.

New Features (C2-x and C0-1x Series CPUs Only):

1. Out Instruction expansion:

• Debounce: Filter noise on Outputs with On Debounce, Off Debounce, or both
• Flasher: Cycle the Output On and Off while active
• Timed: Set a minimum On time for the Output, even if the Input turns Off
• Toggle: Invert the Output with each Input transition

1. Drum Instruction now supports Time & Event mode. The Drum advances only when the time has elapsed and the Event input is On.
2. Math Instruction expansion: MAX, MIN, MDN (median), AVG, RAND, and ABS
3. Break and Continue instructions added for For/Next loops:

• Break: Exits the For/Next loop immediately, skipping all remaining iterations
• Continue: Skips the remaining rungs in the current iteration of the For/Next loop

1. For/Next loops can now be nested up to 3 levels.

Improvements:

1. C2-DCM supports Full Duplex ASCII communication over RS-485 (C2-x Series CPUs only).
2. Embedded Discrete Message is enabled on C0-1x CPUs.

Bug Fixes:

Firmware

1. Fixed an issue where the firmware did not close the Modbus TCP connection after a message completed.
2. Fixed an issue where connecting the software to the PLC caused spikes in scan time.
3. Security updates.

Software

1. Fixed an issue where MQTT Setup did not allow the same Enable bit to be used for multiple Publishers.
2. Fixed an issue where an MQTT payload of 60 or more ASCII characters caused the software to crash.
3. Fixed an error when opening the User Account Setup screen on a project created with a C0-0x CPU and then changed to a C0-1x or C2-0x CPU.
4. Fixed an issue where address database errors caused long project save times.
5. Fixed an issue where pointer addresses were not found when using Find/Replace.
6. Security updates.
