Cannot get windows to use Koyo USB driver for C-More
This is a new problem just encountered today seems to be because of the new Windows driver policy. Is there an updated driver that is WHCP certified?

Please tell us what issue you are having. What is your Windows version?
Have you tried downloading the latest CM5 software and installing the USB driver that is included?
We are aware of no issues and have no problem connecting with USB on Windows 11 systems at this time.
Please make sure your firewall is not blocking the USB connection.
I am running windows 11 Pro.
The issue began yesterday, now after reading completely the 'Windows Driver Policy' I think there is a work around.
I cannot seem to attach the document here but it has something to do with WHCP and updates. There is an explanation how to disable this in the firmware settings of my device. I am no means an expert here so just going by what am I am reading. I will try to disable later today. Right now I have a workaround using an older PC.
I may also try the latest CM5 software as you have suggested. I only need to connect to C-More panels at this time.
I have confirmed that the Windows defender is not blocking C-More software for inbound rules.
Thank you for your time in responding.
Sorry, the issue is I am unable to connect to the Cmore usb as the driver is getting blocked.
Please post a screenshot of what you are seeing. Is it an error or the red dot never turns green?
If you don't want to go back and forth here, you can call Tech Support and put in a Ticket with them. Either is fine.
