V9.0 Grouping removes the functionality of the Cancel button

This is my first forum post, so go easy on me.

 

I have noticed that in V9.0 once objects are grouped together, the Cancel button (or ESC key) no longer functions as expected.

 

Any grouped objects will retain any changes that were made in the object editor menu after the Cancel button is pressed. In previous versions these grouped objects would return to the properties that they had before anything was changed in the object editor window.

 

I have attached a very simple program to make it easier for anyone to try out this bug.

    Thank you for the description along with the example project. I agree this is not the expected behavior, and have been able to duplicate. We are looking into the cause of this behavior.
