V9.0 and I want the Old Graphic Library

I'm Struggling through V9 C-More.. I'm Getting it, however I'm liking the Availability of more Graphics on the Older Versions.. and my Projects are Imported, so I'm wanting 'Graphic Similarity'.

How can I Change the Library Options to the Older Version from in V9?

Thanks..

Cap

@Cap (Customer)  are you talking about the graphics in the new Graphic Studio? If you can be more specific with some screen shots of what yo are looking for, we may be able to get those put in.

We cannot use the specific graphics from Symbol Factory because of licensing.

If you are talking about the graphics in the Graphic Library, those have not changed. Again, a screenshot of what you are referring to would help us understand. Thanks

How do we continue without the Symbol Factory Easter Eggs?

      SymbolFactoryEggs

You could clip the symbols from the old Symbol Factory.

https://softwaretoolbox.com/symbol-factory offers licensing. I do not know if this could help you.

I was referring to Symbol Factory.. I was wondering if I could link my copy of V9 back to a Copy of v6 where I have Symbol Factory..

I can I purchase a License for Symbol Factory and somehow inport it into V9?

Else it Looks Like it'll have to be Screen Grabs, and Cut and Paste?..

    Thanks..

There is no way to use Symbol Factory in V9.

You can create objects in V6. Save to the object library. Copy the library files from here:

    C:\Users\rthornton\OneDrive - Automationdirect.com Inc\Documents 1\AutomationDirect\C-more\Library\User Object

    To here:

    C:\Users\rthornton\OneDrive - Automationdirect.com Inc\Documents 1\AutomationDirect\C-moreCM5\Library\Object Library\User Items

And use that object from the Object Library in the V9 project.

I've been Opening the Object I want in Symbol Factory.. Then Copy Right Click Copy.. Past into Paint.. Then Manipulate in Paint to get the Coloring and the View ( Left Right Upside Down ) then Save as BMP into a File, then Fetch from V9 My PC Button..

I had to make some Pneumatic Actuated Rotary Butterfly valves for my Other C-More Screens.. So that is the Technique I used then..

It'd be TOO simple if I could Import Symbol Table.. But I understand the License thing..

    Thanks..

If you are going to be editing bitmaps, png, jpg, etc. I highly recommend Paint(dot)net:

    www.getpaint.net

It's like photoshop for amateurs. It is very easy to use and has tons of keyboard shortcuts plus the power of layers, distortions and there are pllug-ins like perspective that I frequently use to take a picture of a panel, a data plate I can barely see, or a drawing and "make it lay flat".
