Cmore 5 T7W terminal - Version 9.0 Pushbutton / Indicator is extremely slow to respond to push button pressing

Cmore 5 T7W terminal - Version 9.0 Pushbutton / Indicator is extremely slow to respond to push button pressing and the state change indication of the button on the display. Talking like 6 to 10 seconds to change, button to PLC signal is nearly instant. Compared to version 8.26 which was nearly instant the button was pressed the indication changed. Also buttons with indication tags from the PLC are very slow to indicate the PLC tag change. Using Serial link at 38K rate for comms and do not have Ethernet available as it is utilized for another purpose.

Knew there was a detail that I forgot...AB Micro870 via onboard Serial port. Same setup using 8.2X and have not experienced this tremendous delay. recreated buttons from scratch within V9.0 and still no difference, same long delay in display, button is nearly instantly seen in the PLC data table.

It would probably be best to create a support case where we can take a better look at what's causing the delay. What driver have you selected in the protocol setup? How many tags are you sending while on that screen (simulator will show all the tags in use). After that, we'll need a Wireshark capture to see where the delays are occurring.

Yes, I did create a support case 02568785.

Also being that the application is using serial link between the PLC and the HMI. Driver is the DF1 full duplex for the tag based Micro800. Works great in version 8.26 and I simply did the upgrade within the CMore 9.0 program to convert from 8.26 to 9.0.
