I have this issue with a three phase 230V shop feeder that disappears on residential split phase 240V. The setup is a P2-HSO with a SureServo2 SV2A-2150.

Symptoms include occasional early/late indexes, sometimes every other cycle and an audible click when it hiccups. With the other shop machines off the issue gets worse with a bit of a rise in L-L from about 230V to 240V. A line reactor helped a little, and an isolation transformer on controls didn't help.

For folks who've run a SV2A with a P2-HSO: is the MIF316 the right filter and do you pair it with a 3% line reactor in noisy plants? Any PE/shielding techniques that proved decisive?
