^^^ Select Servos -> SV2 Pro -> click on release notes.
It should be an mscvp120.dll rather than 122. The library file is part of Visual C++ and is used by many programs that run in Windows (Just like .NET is), I really dont understand why Microsoft doesnt include Visual C++ versions as a base part of Windows since it is a required download in many cases.
If it really is mscvp122.dll error then it could be part of something like the 2015 version of C++ rather than the 2013 one it says to download
Since AD updated the download section, they have obscured their links. go to the sureservo software download page, look for the release notes. What @PouchesInc (Customer) posted might work for you. I do not have the software installed, so I cannot confirm.
mscvp120 v 122 is why one reason that I mentioned if @ral;len8122 (Customer) has already followed these instructions to contact techsupport, it could be a versioning issue.
I do not have experience with SS2 software/issues with ss2 software
In the release notes for SureServo2 it describes how to fix this issue.
If you have tried that, maybe contact techsupport.
appreciate your reply but cant seem to find the release notes
