WebVisu reads "An error happened; will automatically restart" and becomes unusable

We have a couple PLCs in our lab running different projects, but they've both encountered a similar issue with the HMI using WebVisu. The issue first appears as a message that reads: "An error happened; will automatically restart." The screen becomes unresponsive and times out. It will then come back for a second or two, only to error out again. We had one PLC where after several days of this issue, the WebVisu appeared to die entirely, reading "Bad HTTP Request." A power cycle of the systems fix this temporarily, but the issue returns.

These are entirely different projects, so this issue popping up on the same time on multiple PLCs is interesting. Has this issue been seen before?

We have not seen this. It sounds like a intermittent network connection to the IP Address of the WebVisu.

Not sure how your Ethernet ports are configured via "NetConfig", but may be a clue.

I will PM you a DropBox link to obtain your project. Please do an "Archive" so all your settings are saved.

Are there any error messages in the P2-622CDS Device Log?

Any errors the system encounter whether be Webvisu, Scanners, Modbus, ect. will also come through here (to my knowledge).
