Cut To Length Website Error
I reported this over a month ago while attempting to get a refund. Appears it is still not fixed, unsure who to report it to but this forum seems to get things to the right places.
Cut to length cables purchased after 4pm EDT will show all shipping options as free, but will retroactively bill the customer the actual shipping costs. This only happens with an order consisting purely of cut to length cables.
