Toolbars

There are several toolbars in Productivity Suite that you can use for quick access to certain aspects of the software.  

Drag and drop the toolbars to facilitate better workflow. Right click on the menu bar to see the available toolbars and select which ones to display or hide.

Select the Show Icon Descriptions for a toolbar to clarify the toolbar icon functions (tool tips are also available if you allow the mouse cursor to hover over the icon) or deselect the Show Icon Descriptions option to reduce the amount of the space the toolbar takes up in the menu bar.
