Another BRX E-Mail Question

I'm getting Kicked by Trying to get E-Mail out of my BRX that is located in my Employers E-Net System..

The C-More will get out fine, as it uses the 'Company E-Mail Address' and sends out E-Mails to myself and others..

However when I try to have the BRX to Send out the E-Mail using the Same Address Information, The Instruction hangs for 5-30 seconds and then Errors out.. But the Test Function tests fine..

The BRX and the C-More EA9, are On the Same LAN.. The Same Sub Net.. and only apart by about 2 LAN Addresses. They have the Same DNS, Gateway, and are using Fixed IP's.. The C-More and the BRX are one Cabinet away from each other.. and connected by Copper Wire, and Non Managed, E-Net Switches.

 

I actually have TWO EA9's running on the 'Employers LAN', and they are on Different Sub-Nets... and Both EA's get out to the E-Mail Properly..

 

I tried using my G-Mail Account as well on the BRX.. It would not Authenticate User/Pass.. It would Sign in, but not Verify User Auth..

 

What is the Present TRICK to get an E-Mail out of the BRX?..

    Partial Success on the BRX 'Work' E-Mail Send..

     

    I got 'Distracted' by the fact that the Video says you have to put all text in 'Quotes'.. and the Popup Screen that you fill out the 'From' E-Mail Address, is also in Quotes. So I put the 'From' E-Mail Address in Quotes.. That was Mistake 1.

    Mistake 2, was Trying Different Work Related DNS Server IP's that ended up not being able to be seen by the PLC Subnet that it is on...

     

    So this part of the Solve was Take the Quotes off of the 'From' Email Address.. and get the DNS back to the Proper one.. which was the First one I was using before I changed it.. Same as the C-Mores I have

     

    However the G-Mail Address still does not work.. I know my G-Mail User and Pass, But it's says user not found.. So I'm still stuck on that one..

     

    I've hunted through 'Two Step Auth' as some of the Searches have suggested for the G-Mail Fix.. However the 'App' that I have to Download, will not run on my Antique Android Phone.. and I'm NOT Upgrading as this phone is BULLET PROOF.. and with Wireless Charging.. and Water Proof.. so I'm keeping it..

     

    Any Clues?..

    I was also having problems sending emails to Gmail. The problem affected Cmore and BRX. It took weeks but my email provider updated some certificates and changed the server name. I had to change to TLS security in my email setup. It now works but I have dozens of locations that I must visit to make changes.

    Nope!

     

    I tried this Earlier.. And was unable to do it.. I played your Vid ( thank you ) and followed along with the same step by Step.. It's strange, I do not Understand where G-Mails knows it's a BRX PLC calling in.. so why should this Password work?.. Unless this is just ONE of many passwords that will work for this E-Mail Account, and 'We' just happen to have saved it under the "BRX Do-More PLC" name?..

    Both AUTH LOGIN, and AUTH PLAIN

     

    Test Settings works.. But Live it spits back after about 30 Seconds..
