You will need a load cell interface/amplifier. You won't be able to connect a bare load cell directly to a CLICK, how one connects the interface to the CLICK depends on what the output of the interface is, could be voltage or it could be current e.g. 4-20mA. If you look at the CLICK module listing you'll find several analog input modules, also certain models of the CLICK have analog inputs, you just need to determine what sort of signal you have.

I recently built a weight scale system for a filler line using a Click Standard PLC. Another option to consider is a lot of amplifiers support MODBUS communications. This saves having to add on the analog module.
