How can I send custom function codes over MODBUS RTU to a server

Hello, I'm working with the Click PLC connected to a PZEM-004T power monitor. I'm able to read the parameters with the Modbus Receive block using function code 4. The problem I'm having is my requirement to reset the energy counters. This requires me to send function code 0x42 to the unit. How can I do this? It appears the only function codes available are 1-4, and 5,6,15,16.

Unfortunately, there is no way to send function code 0x42 by using the Click plc.

There is another option to use our Arduino based P1AM-100 to communicate to your PZEM-004T power monitor. There is a library for the PZEM-004T:
https://www.arduino.cc/reference/en/libraries/pzem004tv30/
Note: That library implements 0x42 with the function call .resetEnergy()
