GS20 (GS23-23PO) built in PLC struggles

I'm attempting to use the built in plc in the GS20 drive to simulate a sequenced rpm stress test of an oil pump. I have a few issues currently.

I have not found a reference yet of what variables the built in gs20 plc uses that are set in the vfd (if any.)

The list of IO seems to have a bunch missing. For example, how do I reference the estop inputs?

In examples, K500 is used as the ramp up and ramp down speed. Where is K500 set? What function would I use to set it to say 2 seconds?

II keep getting over voltage on acceleration and deceleration with the motor voltage set to 230v (230v inverter rated motor, no multi taps for different voltages - not from automation direct.) Is the motor voltage wound too high? (Ramp up and down are currently at 0, can't figure out where to set this..)

Would a braking resistor help at all?

Would I be able to use gslogic to cycle through multiple rpm and acceleration targets? Anyone have a recommendation on how to do that with gslogic?

Gslogic seems pretty basic, not sure it can do what I'm trying to. I can get a click plc to do this stuff if necessary but wanted to ask before struggling with it.
