PAC Suite 3.12.1.21 Bit Histogram not allowing 'Read Data from CPU'

I had an existing bit histogram defined that I was using several days ago.

I setup a new histogram. Sent config to CPU.

I triggered the histogram. The 'Read Data from CPU' button stayed gray until I deleted the original histogram config and sent config to CPU, and triggered. It worked as expected.

 

Id there anything that I should look for if I experience this again?

    Looked thru our historical customer cases and did not see any other reports from customers on this issue. I have not been able to duplicate as of yet. If you have same issue again can you provide (if possible) steps to duplicate the issue?

      Yes.

      Thanks for looking. I have not attempted to duplicate this.

      There may be some relationship to editing UDS definitions/tag instances of UDS.

       

      If I experience this again, I will try to make some notes/steps to duplicate.
