PAC Suite [TAB] may not move focus to first row, Source column in CopyData (CPD) instruction

I have tried this in 3.12.1.21 that has been open for a couple hours.

The tech at the next desk confirmed this in an instance of 2.13.1.21 that has been open for a couple hours.

Create new CPD instruction, press [TAB], the [OK] button breathes at me, there is no focus indicator in the [OK] button but the cursor does not move to the grid.

CTRL-TAB causes the focus to move in this pattern:

(o) Copy Value

[ ] Show Instruction Comment

[OK]

[Cancel]

[Help]

--back to (o) Copy Value ---- but never to the grid.

Once I click into the grid, I have [TAB] access to the grid for this opening of the CPD instruction

I opened a new instance of 3.12.1.21, it worked as expected.

A new instance in 3.11.0.26 worked as expected.

I will open a new instance of both and check back to see if it is related to an instance time issue.

Yesterday I opened two new instances/new projects, I left the other project empty, and added a UDS in one project (because we are creating a UDS-heavy project.)

I also saved my existing work project, closed and restarted the software with the work project.

At this time, in all three software instances, [TAB] is working as intended.

I saw 'tab not moving focus to first row, Source column' again yesterday -- after the software had been open for a couple days.

Also, rung reflow after edit did not happen until forced compile.

Software restart somewhat fixed rung reflow issue.

After software restart rung reflow happened after moving cursor to another rung/cell.

    PC reboot did resolve.
