I get error code PTC 015 on c more micro
Just downloaded the new version of C more micro. Cannot connect to a EA3-S3ML-R panel via usb. Have tried 3 different computers. All running win 10 or 11.

Per the help file topic CMM229:
The Com port does not exist or is in use by another application. Close all other applications and try again.
Which USB cable are you using to connect?

I have. I tried running on a win 10 machine. No luck. Also tried updating drivers per app note. I get error message about driver being discontinued since 2012. I'll order new cable assembly and give that a go. So very frustrating that this info is not provided once an order for the device is placed to inform customer of changes to hardware.

Success! I had to manually load the old Koyo driver to get it to work. This old dog struggles to keep up with the ever changing technology. Especially where computer devices are concerned. Good thing I keep old laptops around. Believe it or not I still have a dos based machine.
