Look at help topic P028 in the section titled Binary only for Removable Media ProjectLoad. This will load a bin file that cannot be read from the plc.

There is some project security -- help topic P054. Not sure if this is what you need.

I had issues with the security/password scheme very early on and have not evaluated it in years.
