Is there a way to Fill a rectangle from the left side so that the Rectangle will be filled proportianal to the value of a tag and completely filled at 100%?
It's pretty easy to do in other programs that I have used, but I haven't used C-More much

You can also use a rectangle, select advanced and then you can scale it on the X-axis with a tag. The anchor point will determine which direction it fills from.
The rectangle has a bit more flexibility than the bar graph IME.
Use the Bar Meter object and simply turn it horizontal.
