Minimize the screen then maximize it again, should take care of the issue.
Windows is stupid in this regard.
I have all of my taskbars set to autohide.
My taskbar sometimes does not show when I move the mouse down to the bottom of screen.
I think it is something related to some IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM OUR SPONSOR or virus checker or something.
It has been this way on multiple machines and multiple OSes.
