Support for secure MQTT?
I have a need for a secure remote device to do various things, and publish data back up to a cloud system using MQTT, but I really need to support MQTT over TLS/SSL for security. An alternative would be an IPSEC VPN, but that adds cost and complexity.
Is there any roadmap to either add MQTT over TLS/SSL support to CLICK PLUS, and/or to add support for a simple VPN client in CLICK PLUS? Support for connecting to an OpenVPN server would be wonderful. 😀
Please understand we cannot discuss future development of features in detail because those details have a tendency to change. But we can say we have had several requests for MQTTs and it is on the roadmap.
