Does anyone know how to setup a Click C0-04THM module with a Prosense THMJ-R01-01 thermal sensor. It is a J type sensor but the range from the sensor are different from the J type configuration settings.
My temps are all wrong using this configuration. My sensor range is 0 to 85c and the PLC J type range is -190 to 760c . Should I be using a voltage input setting instead and if so how do I know which one to use? Newby here any help would be great
First, the Click defaults to degrees F, have you checked degrees C?
In a room that's 70 degrees Fahrenheit it shows 80 degrees and a room that's
38 degrees it shows 75 degrees.
I believe either I have an uncompatible sensor or I'm doing something wrong
Interesting. I would think when selecting type J, the Click is just showing the range at which it's type J setting is capable of reading.
Did you follow the polarity when wiring it?
I had it backwards at first because the temperatures were going in the
opposite direction. Is that possible? When using the F setting I can not get
bellow 70 degrees F.
Yes this is how I have i wired now.
I am using copper wire I think I seen a video that says something about using copper wire can create a problem.
