We are pleased to announce that more Type J and Type K thermocouple extension wires have been added to bring our customers more selections to fulfill their wiring needs. Type J and Type K thermocouple extension wire allows the connection of multiple field sensors to operating instrumentation or PLC input cards with one run versus having to install multiple extension wires. These wires are available in 20AWG or 16AWG sizes with 2, 4 or 8 conductors/twisted pairs, in shielded or unshielded versions, and have alphanumeric printing on the conductors that makes it easy to identify the pairs for installation and troubleshooting. These wires are UL PLTC rated, and are approved for Class I, Division 2 Hazardous Locations and can be ordered cut to length in 1-foot increments with a 20ft minimum. Thermocouple extension wire is made in the USA.
