Able to modify values in data view on a password protected PLC without logging in to the CPU - Productivity Suite
I am able to modify values via data view and even force things on and off without logging into a password protected P2000 CPU. I simply only have to "choose" the PLC.
Is that by design? Do I have a setting turned on somewhere to enable this?
Seems like a security flaw.
I believe the password just protects against reading and writing the program to/from the PLC
