I have a Click c2-01PU running windows 10 I get the error PTC-001 when trying to connect using Ethernet. I have turned off all Firewall settings, And tried public and private and Gateway is 0.0.0.0 on PC and Click but still get error?

    Yes I do have the correct network adaptor selected. I ended up uninstalling the new install of 3.11 Click software and reinstalling. Afterwards everything worked as expected. Thank you for your reply.

    Can you provide a screen shot of the "connect to Click plc" configuration screen?

    Do you have the correct network adapter selected in the drop down?
