You would use the numeric entry object to enter the offset that you want for the three temperature readings.

You are correct in using the math instruction to add the offset. The result will then point to the displayed parameters on the C-More Micro.
Example: DF1 + DF10 = DF100
I would use floating points for all of the variables.
If you attach your C-More Micro and Click program we can take a look if you are having problems.
