Forum [Ask] button sometimes will not become 'enabled'
Please fix.
I had to open another tab and copy/paste the V3.9.1.5 Runtime Transfer Unavailable post to get the [Ask] button to be enabled.

I know that AD has repsonded to this issue, but I thought it worth mentioning that I am not the only member who has experienced this..

OP makes a similar statement at the end of the original post.
>"Sorry, when I enter code it will not let me ask, so I put code in line."
Still a problem. 3 more months ago.
This post .. I had to copy the content and attempt another post because the [Ask] button failed to become enabled.

I am trying to duplicate this issue. Are there any steps to create the "ask" button not being enabled? I have been trying and so far no success. Can you also take a screenshot when this occurs?
I can recreate:
Missing LIke and Reply
Answer button solid blue
some options in question drop down not available
It is all so very random, sorry. Yes, I will try to get a capture of the Ask button.
I have spent some time trying to replicate this.
I have one case that the Ask button will not become enabled.
If I select the sub-forum for the new post and I click on the [Create a Thread] button before all of the behind-the-scenes content is loaded, the sub-forum topic (not thread title) does not automatically populate.
However, this would be a 'me' issue if I did not see that the sub-forum topic field has a glowy red border. If I wait a bit before clicking the [Create a Thread], this is not an issue. Who'dathunk that I was faster than a 2020-era PC.
If I see a different case where the [Ask] button is not enabled, I will (if I remember) get a screenshot.
For now, consider this a non-issue for me.
Another 'Ask button' not enabled. I have no reproducibility info.
Still have an open case with the vendor and they are still investigating this issue.
Thank you, I was honoring the commitment that I made earlier.
I finally did notice the button. This time it was not a case of 'no sub-forum selected.'
@z28z34man (Customer) Reported having same issue. He is using a Windows 7 machine.
