We’re very glad you find Problocks and the P1A controller to be valuable tools!

Our current position is:

1.      The Arduino IDE 2.x is based on the Theia IDE framework and built with Electron.

2.      Neither of these is built to support the tool extension interface that is required for Problocks on the old IDE.

3.      There do not appear to be any plans to release an interface for extensions (plugins).

In short, there is no way to release Problocks on this new IDE without pulling the source for the IDE and building our own.

We could do this, but our independent branch of the IDE would not be updated along with the mainline.

Of course we’ll watch as IDE2.0 is formally released and features are added to re-evaluate our plans.
