Best way to connect EA3-T4CL to BRX 10 pt PLC?
Is it possible to connect an rj12 cable to the brx for power and communication? If the EA3 needs separate power that is fine, but how do I connect the Rx and Tx to the serial port on the BRX?

That panel requires a separate power supply. See page 6 of the below for wiring (either 232 or 485).

What is the exact part number of the BRX 10 PT unit that you have?
If you want to keep the RS485/232 terminal port open for other options, you could add a BX-P-SER2-RJ12 and use a DV-1000CBL cable
Personally, I would use the Ethernet port to connect to the BRX PLC.
