EA3 S3ML-R issue; getting to to setup menu is hit or miss.

As the title states, hitting both F1 & F5 simultaneously does not give the setup menu reliably and HMI remains in run. It never times out either even though it's not connected to the PLC but to my desktop computer (just see the hour glass). Image of unit below.EA3 Issue

    Hi Todd,

    Press [F1] and [F5] function keys simultaneously for three (3) seconds. You never mentioned in your post how long you press the keys.

    There will be no timeout if there are no objects on the screen that require polling of the PLC.

      The default screen is my employer's logo in bitmap, and the F5 key is defined to change screen to home.IMG_5099
