Having problems communicating through port 2 of my CLICK C0-00DR-D to a load bank via RS-232 ASCii. Is there something I'm missing?

I've watch the videos on YouTube and uploaded sample programs and just can't seem to get them to communicate. I'm able to use an Allen Bradley Micrologix 1400 PLC to communicate to the load bank, but no luck with the CLICK. I know I'm missing something but I can't seem to figure it out. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you in advance.

    I am seeing the transmit light operating when the commands are initiated. Only have three wires. Everything appears to be working properly now. I found a bad solder joint on the DB-9 connector to the device. Thank you for responding.

    Hi LudlowECH

    Have you tried the Byte Swap on the Send Command?

    Are you seeing the transmit light go on every second that you are sending out the information?

    The wiring should only have three wires. The CTS / RTS and DTR / DSR should be jumped out on the device side.

    Just some thoughts.
