Firmware update on P2-550

Hi.

 

I'm having some trouble updating the firmware on a P2-550. The error I get is:

 

"Retrieve module information failed for some modules."

 

the only module not showing a version number on the display is the CPU (P2-550).

 

I've searched for this error message, but can't find anything. What is the standard troubleshooting step for this?

    Disregard. Power cycled the unit and was able to process with firmware upgrade as normal.
