RobotArm (Customer) asked a question.
Should I use door interlock enabling and safety relay enabling to create the machine status flags?
For example, I want to monitor the safety relay.
Should I connect 33 to 24V+ and connect 34 to PLC digital input ?
My plan is that if the machine is fine, then 24V+ should be detect by PLC digital input (High), then my PLC will know the status.
Sure, that will work fine.
You are correct, 33 and 34 are your dry contacts. Wiring them up to the PLC input for status indication and not control.

I do the same. I also use the second set of contacts, 13 to +24V ,14 to PLC output module V+ common, to any pneumatic, motorized, etc. operated system the light curtain is guarding.
As an example, a machine I built required the operator place trays into a motorized down stacking feeder. Operation required the ability to load trays while machine remains in operation. Light curtain disabled operation of the down stacker once blocked. I had the light curtain relay auto start, so once unblocked, timer in PLC had to time out before down stacker would resume.
