Over the weekend I finished my open-source isolated RS-422 / RS-485 shield for the P1AM-100. The shield fits inside the P1AM-PROTO prototyping enclosure. It's based on the Analog Devices ADM2582E isolated, full-duplex RS-422 / RS-485 transceiver. Optional 120 Ω termination is independently selectable on both the transmit and receive pairs.
The board is compatible with the P1AM-100 with P1000 bus modules and the P1AM-ETH Ethernet module installed. The board has a Microchip EUI-48 serial EEPROM with a MAC address on it for use with the P1AM-ETH Ethernet module as a bonus feature.
The project is documented on my blog: https://bikerglen.com/blog/p1am-100-...rs-485-shield/
The hardware design files and example sketches are available in one of my GitHub repositories: https://github.com/bikerglen/p1am-pr...isolated-rs485
I'm open to forks, pull requests, and constructive feedback. Hopefully people will find this useful.
Enjoy!

Links are munged a bit. (I think the link-shortening in the legacy forum did this)
