Weberacw (Customer) asked a question.
I am having troubles with my analog I/Os. I am using a clickPLC and want my POT Which is 0-10v to be sent to an output hat 0-10v. I’m also trying to take a input of 4-20 and split it between 2 outputs
im new to this kind of pic and I’m just stuck
Files for both answers in zip file.
The nice thing about Click is the on-board I/O setup. You can select the scale you want right there.
Oops, forgot zip file.
Analog in & out
do you know any videos and thank you
Another poster, Garry, may have the video(s) you're looking for.
i love this stuff. i am an electrician and i work in builidngs automation but like to tinker and im doing to special project for fun and the only thing im stuck on is my darn logic lol. i know ill figure it out....i think
PLC programming is simple as the wiring diagram is virtual, done on a computer and then uploaded to the PLC. And the best part is you can add a timer, counter, etc. and not have to re-wire a panel to do it. Installed and programmed my first PLC in 1985. From then on I would never go back to relay panels.
hahaha! thats what everyone keeps saying. I just cant wrap my brain on the work flow of it all. i get most of it and i have the idea and i know i can wire it with out PLC but now i want to learn tho transfwr it all to the PLC. i get all the true/false // 1s or 0s // and so on its just make the ldgic flow hahah. ita amazing@!
So many ways of writing the logic.
This may help you out.
Developing the PLC program is a process that can be clearly defined. Here is a series that will show you the five steps along with some practical examples.
