Disable SureServo for program downloads?

I am using the Sure Servo PRO software to configure and tune a drive. When I try to download the changes I have made to the drive I get a dialog box that says I need to disable the drive first. Is this a setting I need to adjust? Please advise..

Ive never used that software, but I would imagine it means turn the servo enable signal off. Usually DI1

That was my first thought as well. I have a selector wired up to the DI assigned to Servo Enable and off or on doesn't change the dialog. Though I have verified through the maintenance tab in the program that the switch works.
