I need a recommendation for a PLC to run a 16 part recipe program from a C-more screen to a Sureservo system. It will need 16 DC inputs and 16 DC outputs. I currently have been trying to get a Click to work per an AD demo program and have about given up. Even the AD tech can't tell me how to make it work! I'm open to any suggestions and even though I have a ton of time and money in the Click system, at this point money isn't the primary issue.

I 've used several DL105 and DL06 PLC's, and a few CMore Micro units. If you are trying to learn ladder logic and operator panel programming at the same time you may be taking on too much at once.
I was admittedly not impressed with the CMore documentation. This is, however, a very rare exception with AD products. Most of their manuals are top notch.
Keep reading the Click manuals. Don't give up.
FWIW, the D0-06DD1 should do what you want. But spend the money for the paper manuals so you can read them in detail. PDF files suck after ten pages.
