SVL-204 vibrate abnormally

Dear friends, I have an application with SVL-204, Not explain, when I command position, servomotor vibrate abnormally and next Drive display ALE06. We check wiring of enconder and power to servomotor and all it's ok. We test the servomotor unload with same troubles. Any body help me? regards

Make sure the motor wiring is correct. At the servo the wires are U=Red, V=White, W = Black. Also check P1-31 , it must be 12. If that fails then default the drive and follow the quick start for jogging the motor in A-2 and A-3.
