Drive Fault Reset? (Remote)

I have a 1HP GS2 Drive that is showing an over voltage fault (#2), however none of my Reset functions are working. The fault remains. Please help. I'm remote so walking up to the drive is not an option. I'm running a DL6 by the way

Hello
First are you attempting a reset from the terminal or communication?
Second is the drive attempting a reset and the cause of the fault still exist?
When I 've done remote work I installed a contactor that suppled power to the drive to remove power. For some drives certain faults require a power down to reset.
