Using 400w sure servo drive in Pr Mode and utilizing the 485 comm link for control of the digital i/o. Input mask is set to FFFF. All of the i/o work correctly except for the last of the upper byte (factory set) which is Jog Reverse. We use this scenario alot and have just worked around it by defining one of the lower byte inputs as jog reverse. I now have an application where I need all 16 inputs to be different and maintain a jog reverse. It seems to me that there is a firmware problem in that it doesn't recognize this bit.
