ea7 to DL06 ethernet connection

I am trying to get a cmore ea7 connect over Ethernet connection to my DL06 plc that resides at 192.168.0.20. I have tried a lot of setups but none work. Can some one guide me that proper procedure to do this? My connection has a router so there are no crossover cables.

Make sure your panel IP is on the same subnet as the PLC. 192.168.0.###
Are they on the same LAN?
I assume you have selected the DL Ethernet driver and entered the PLC IP address in the panel manager.

Make sure your subnet mask is valid also for both the panel and the ECOM. Should be something like 255.255.255.0 or 255.255.0.0 or 255.255.252.0 or ...

thank you for the responses. My problem is solved by the help of tech support. I was just not configuring the proper ip for the cmore screen.
