I recently picked up a D0-06DD2 Controller. My laptop does not have a serial port, so I am using a USB to serial converter. I have not had any luck getting online with the DL06. My USB to serial converter is a Keyspan, and it has worked with other MicroLogic Controllers in the past. I have a Windows 10 Operating System, could that be the issue? Any help would be appreciated.

I am using a keyspan with Windows 10. If you can connect to another controller with it then it should work with an 06. Which port are you using?

Originally, it was set to COM3. I tried changing it to COM1 as a test but still nothing. I have tried all USB ports as well.

It could be that your USB->serial adapter has a different pinout on the serial end than the DL06 cable is using. Just because something is RS232 and uses a D-Sub HD15 connector doesnt mean the pins are wired the same, unfortunately :( This is not usually an issue on the computer end of things and often deals more with the PLC side of the pinouts, but you never know it could be happening with your adapter.
Automation Direct sells an adapter that is supported by their tech support and is known to be fully compatible. However they do not officially support Windows 10 yet.
I have also used these with good success:
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...-039-_-Product
and you can get drivers for those here:

FTDI chipset converters are the most stable you can get and have the widest OS support as well.
