I 've done a few projects with DL05s, 06s and the 260, but have been biting at the bit to do something with the Do-More. I bought a new house last year and installed all 12-24VDC lighting and, up until today, had a D2-260 controlling everything. My light switches, lights, a daylight sensor and (eventually) smoke and water detectors are all connected to Terminator I/O and my plan is to purchase a T1H-DM1E and replace my T1H-EBC100 when I can get the money together in a few months. I'm just curious if it could be a bad idea to use the simulator as my controller in the meantime. It's obviously not so much of a safety concern since it's just for lights at the moment, but there might be limitations to the simulator that I'm not aware of. Thank you, Chris

The simulator drops out of run after an hour. You have to manually restart it from it's interface. That's a big limitation for a long term application. Safety-wise, I don't know.
