Is there a way to create a rung that executes based on the time of day ?

I am using a Click PLC C0-10DD1E-D. I'd like my PLC to enable output Y001 at 7AM, 3PM and 11PM. Is there a way to check the time of day in the ladder logic or another way I cam accomplish this ?
