Can I use the positive differential output (pd) in multiple rungs using the same C bit? PLC is a D0-06.

you can, as long as you remember the rules regarding which rung has control of the output...
better practice would be to use several different bits on the rungs you want to put the PD, then use the contacts from those bits to fire a single PD output
