Load Cell, DL06, and F0-04THM

I am trying to read a load cell, and must have something wrong. I have attached a screenshot of the ladder code. I have all of the - inputs tied to ground, the strain gage excitation is independent (9V battery). The other wires from the bridge are connected to ch 1, one to + and one to -. I can see the voltage at the inputs vary from 0.1 mV to 10 mV. The output on the LCD module stay at 10087 for line 1, and 3 for line 2. Would anybody have any ideas on what I am missing?
